Our dedicated team of scaffolders are fully employed, with some having been with us for over a decade. We do not rely on subcontractors; instead, all our scaffolders hold CISRS cards and participate in Continuous Professional Development to stay updated on industry standards and safety protocols.

Managing Director

John Gallagher
Operations Director
The Operations Director plays an integral role in managing the overall operational requirements of the company. John Gallagher's primary responsibility is to ensure that our services are delivered seamlessly, meeting the expectations and satisfaction of our customers and clients. By overseeing the processes and implementing efficient strategies, John helps to foster an environment of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Teresa Marshall
Finance Director
The Finance Director is responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company, ensuring that financial practices align with business goals. In addition to Teresa's primary role, she provides support to both the Managing Director and the Operations Director on various duties when needed. This flexibility not only helps streamline operations but also strengthens collaboration within the leadership team Ultimately, the Finance Director is essential in maintaining financial stability while contributing to the overall success of the company.
Charlie Goddard
Estimator/supervisor
K2 Scaffolds made the decision to recruit a member of staff straight from college to train and educate, with the hope that they will one day become a successor to a current member of the company’s Director team. We recruited Charlie Goddard, who, with his hunger to learn and appetite to succeed, has endeavoured to gain experience on-site through estimating and supervising projects, ranging from small jobs to major projects.
His role now involves assessing client requirements through meetings and site visits to ensure their access needs are met and accurately estimated. Once a scheme is secured, he completes the necessary risk assessments and method statements before briefing the operatives and setting up/starting the projects. He then visits sites regularly to ensure the operatives are working correctly and meeting the clients' expectations.
Kenton Thompson
Yard Manager
With over 15 years experience, Kenton has gained invaluable experience throughout his career to enable him to manage our yard. From ensuring returned materials are quarantined and inspected before being returned into stock and reused, Interpreting scaffolders needs and sending the correct loads of equipment needed to undertake project. This coupled with his logistical awareness to realise full utilisation of our vehicle fleet which covers the entire Uk, Coupled with the need for regular inspections of plant and machinery the company would grind to a halt without his assistance.

Scaffold Co-ordinator
K2 Scaffolds is committed to bringing new personnel into the business. Through this commitment, this position has been created to welcome a new member to the scaffold team, who will be trained in all aspects of scaffold management, including labor allocation, site management, payroll, accounts, HR, and final account accounting of projects. This role will provide the individual with the experience needed to eventually take up a senior position within the organisation.
