Kimpton
To undertake a project with no direct access to a live hotel with over 500 rooms running at 93% daily occupancy could be deemed an issue too many. These are just a few of the small issues we had to overcome, including the design of scaffolding to be erected on a Grade II listed building. The scaffold construction required our operatives to work over the live, the Irwell River, a live railway track, and the busy Oxford Road. The scaffold was erected without issue, allowing our client to undertake essential structural repair work on the main dome of an iconic building on the Manchester skyline.
