Pump House

The need to retain the existing façade of the quayside pumphouse, part of the last remaining structures of the St George Works was paramount in the client's effort to obtain permission to change the use of this building into accommodation for the local community. Due to previous developments surrounding the building, creating a structure that could fit within the parameters we had to work with while retaining the façade proved to be challenging. This required extensive design input and intricate installation, which we delivered on time and within budget.
