Whilst most muti-story new build developments are usually reliant on powered access, we have been asked to assist on a scheme where the restriction on space prevent usage of these machines. Limited by space and the need to maintain site accommodation though out the build brought challenges to the design of the scaffold. Adjacent railway lines and existing  buildings further complicated this scheme. Through detailed design and pushing the envelope in what could be achieved within the clients budget, we achieved what was required on time and budget.
